1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Nudgely mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Service Description

Nudgely is a personal productivity and health management application designed for individuals with ADHD. The App provides tools for habit tracking, task management, medication logging, mood tracking, focus sessions, and related features.

Important: Nudgely is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

3. Account Registration

  • You must create an account to use the App
  • You must provide your full name (last name and first name) and a valid email address
  • You are responsible for providing accurate personal information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not share your account credentials with others
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (or have parental consent)

4. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan

  • Up to 3 habits
  • Up to 2 medications
  • Weekly statistics
  • Basic notifications

Pro Plan unlocks all features

  • Unlimited habits and medications
  • Full weekly and monthly statistics
  • Streak freeze days
  • iOS and Android widgets
  • Apple Watch app
  • Biometric app lock

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App
  • You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for providing the App's services
  • We do not claim ownership of your content

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Share your account with others or create multiple accounts

7. Intellectual Property

The Nudgely name, logo, design, and code are the intellectual property of SignCoders. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will not be lost.

9. Health Disclaimer

  • Nudgely is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Medication tracking features are for personal reference only
  • Mood and symptom tracking is for self-awareness — it is not a clinical assessment
  • If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services

10. Subscription and Cancellation

  • Pro subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Cancellation can be done through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings
  • Lifetime plans do not expire and are a one-time purchase

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hungary.
